Hello Friend!
I get a lot of questions about my personal herbal program, resources, etc. Here’s a primer:
DAILY SUPPLIMENTS
Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin D3+K2
Zinc
Magnesium Glycinate
Pine Pollen Tincture (men only)
Nettle Tea
DAILY TINCTURE FORMULA
I take 10ml total in water, 1-2x per day. My per-dose personal formula is as follows:
3ml Eleuthero (energy)
2ml Ashwagandha (energy)
2ml Astragalus (immune system)
2ml Nettle Root (not leaf) (Testosterone)
1ml Rhodiola (immune system and mental clarity)
I prepare most of my tinctures from dry herbs at the standard 1:5 ratio, except for astragalus which needs to be simmered in water for several hours, and then preserved with the addition of 95% alcohol. (See Buhner's method)
Some people have weird reactions to Rhodiola, so you need to figure out your tolerance for this before using it in a formula.
